Where can I get information if my car has one of those defective air bags? I just heard another driver was killed by one of those exploding air bags.

I have a Honda with one.

Honda sent me a recall notice.

On the Honda website I can type in the vin number of my vehicle and see a list of any and all recalls for that model.

What kind of car do you have?

You'll be notified if you have one of the defective airbags, if you bought your car new. Not sure if you bought it used, but I suppose so, since it's registered.

I have a Honda and have rec'd notice that mine are being recalled. BUT...replacements aren't available until the fall!

These airbags can kill you.

Honda will pay for you to drive a rental car until your airbag replacement parts become available. Even if it take months to get the parts.

Our 2008 CR-V will sit in our driveway until the parts come in. Until then, we have a 2016 Toyota Corolla S with just over 1000 miles as a rental car.
