I´ve always understood remote viewing to be passive, observing an unknown but this is a twist; i.e. knowingly launching a psi attack - and - letting the viewing target determine the outcome within a pre-determined framework.
Didn´t the Russians (or someone) experiment with an aggressive form? Is this it?

The intent here, therefore, is to deal with George W. Bush and those he represents from another perspective. A metaphysical one.
Here, on other, unseen layers that, in a sense, precede this reality and, combined, actually create it, the world around us can, to varying degrees, be manipulated through concentrating our thoughts and emotions upon a formulated target.
We need not psychically attack the President, nor his associates, to realize our intentions. This is not an attempt to project any ill will upon Bush and those connected to him.
Instead, we are merely attempting to create the proper, pre-established, conditions that permit them to bring dire consequences upon themselves, should they be truly guilty of what we suspect.
Thus, for this process, we´ve provided a mandala. That is, a symbol for all involved to envision in their mind´s eye and meditate upon whenever and wherever possible. Repeated focus upon our target strengthens it, and its effects, around our subject in time-space.
Mentally pretend, if you will, that this ´thought picture,´ already darkened to represent the present state of our nation, assures George W. Bush will simply be honest and fair through all his dealing.
Imagine that this condition radiates throughout his circle of power and those that support his efforts.
There´s nothing negative about our intentions. Our ultimate goal is a positive one. Fundamental ´three dimensionals,´ whose consciousness is strictly within this plane of existence, will, naturally, dismiss such a mental machination to ´imagination.´ All the better.
The caveat, of course, is that if, and every time, Bush violates his intrinsic oath to the American people, as well as the rest of the world, the ball of dark energy we picture surrounding him, permeating his entire reality, grows proportionately smaller and darker more rapidly, reducing his sphere of influence, and eventually imploding into an oblivion neither he, nor his accomplices, can ever escape."
