Syria: UN Probing 14 Alleged Gas Attacks - SkyNews

It came as close examination of a photograph of that report being handed over to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon revealed a page from the findings which revealed "clear and convincing evidence that surface-to-surface rockets containing the nerve agent Sarin were used"



So...would it be only a general report or something more...?!
