Stockholm looks to send strong signal to Moscow horde over Moscows increased military activity. Great move from the leading democratic country , bloody barbarians must know their place

"

“When Russia is doing a big exercise we have an interest in showing that we have a very strong military in Sweden and that we’re of course prepared for a heightened security situation in our area,” she said.

Sweden has in recent years increased its defence spending, following decades of decline, in response to a more assertive Russia and fears over Moscow’s intentions in the Baltic region.

“Sweden is showing it’s prepared. It’s always better to be prepared than surprised,” Mr Wiktorin said, noting that the last time Sweden publicly lifted its military readiness to this level was following the failed 1991 coup against then Soviet president Mikhail Gorbachev.

Jan Thornqvist, commander of joint operations for Sweden’s armed forces, said: “There is currently extensive military activity in the Baltic Sea, conducted by Russian as well as western players, on a scale the likes of which have not been seen since the cold war.”

What, you really think Russia is worried about all *5* (repeat... 5) of Sweden's submarines?!

I get the whole spam the forums with all things anti-Russia but at least think about this a little.

"Submarine Superpower"... ROFL, sure.

The article discusses RUSSIAN actions....
Why can't you write RUSSIA?

Sweden hasn't sent a "strong signal" since the Viking era. I'm sure Russia is quivering in their boots.

It is funny you show the Battle of Narva...

You do know how the war ended.... Right?

Sweden had lost almost all of its "overseas" holdings gained in the 17th century and ceased to be a major power. Russia gained its Baltic territories and became one of the greatest powers in Europe.

Oh, another YouTube video... it must be truth.

Actually it is true

In war games a Swedish sub was able to avoid detection of the carrier fleet and get into firing position on the carrier

Swedish subs using AIP propulsion are extremely quiet, quieter than US nuclear subs

Long Live European Carolus Rex down to Muscovite barbaric Mongol Asiatic hordes

Sweden hasn't sent a "strong signal" since the Viking era. ..
a myth , the reality :

Russo-Swedish War (1495–1497) - Wikipedia
The Muscovite -Swedish War of 1495–1497 was a result of an alliance between Grande Prince Ivan III of Moscow and Hans of Denmark, who was waging war against the Sture family of Sweden in the hope of regaining the Swedish throne. It is believed that Hans promised to concede some stretches of Finnish lands to the Muscovite prince, although he did not bother to honour the agreement after he had been crowned King of Sweden at the close of the war.

Battle of Svensksund - Wikipedia
The Battle of Svensksund (Finnish: Ruotsinsalmi, Russian: Rochensalm) was a naval battle fought in the Gulf of Finland outside the present day city of Kotka on 9 and 10 July 1790. The Swedish naval forces dealt the Muscovite fleet a devastating defeat that brought an end to the Russo-Swedish War of 1788–90. The battle is the biggest Swedish naval victory and the largest naval battle ever in the Baltic Sea.[5]

Carolus Rex lost the war... And the Baltics.

And the term "Muscovite barbaric Mongol Asiatic hordes" is historically ignorant. It was the RUSSIANS that beat back the Mongols and the Horde.

,

was a hero and died as the worrier King, meanwhile all your khans including your role model Koba were the cowards and died like the cowards (sometimes from the horse power ) , how many of your Muscovite khans died on a battlefield?

And lost the war.

meanwhile all your khans including your role model Koba

Stalin wasn't a Khan. What a stupid thing to say.

were the cowards and died like the cowards

Möngke Khan? Kublai Khan? Genghis Khan? Ögedei Khan?

Please fail more.

They kicked ass in China, the kingdoms of the Middle East, obliterated the Russian princes, and generally kicked the Western Europeans ass on a regular basis.

how many of your Muscovite khans died on a battlefield?

The winners of wars don't usually die.

And since their were no "Muscovite Khans" your question is historically ignorant.
