Swedish politicians, as ours do, may rush to talk about 'anti-terrorism' measures. But in order to sop to permanently surly, 'insulted' Muslims they also must be seen to attempt to brainwash an untermensch bigoted Public.

It's disgusting that the onus seems once again switched to trying to marshall the thoughts of a disgusted public, rather than to penetrate the 'Muslim Community' to root out every single volatile Islamist and run them straight to jail.

The Swedes remind me of the Mandan Sioux. They did not resist their white colonizers. They went quietly into oblivion.

I'd say that Sweden is concerned with both issues, don't you think? While they are perfectly aware of the threat in their midst, they also want to be prevent the actions of the few from reflecting on the many. Do you have a problem with this?

Western society kills more of its own citizens through crappy driving, unhealthy food and general idiocy than all the terrorist attacks combined. If people didn't act like frightened idiots about terrorist attacks, they would have no more impact than the everyday homicides in a major city. Comparing a small number of homicides to genocide is hyperbole of a pitiable nature. Its sad that someone who lives in the most powerful nation is the world is so afraid of a bunch of powerless losers.

When it comes to telling ordinary people what to think rather than force the Muslim Community itself to face up and think hard then I do, yes.

Certainly in England, with 40% or more Muslims wanting Sharia Law and with virtually every Muslim family statistically likely to have one or more extremists, I think we know who Governments should be bothering.

I was not talking about terrorists. I was talking about illegal aliens. Terrorists will kill a few Americans, but they aren't an existential threat to America. The citizens of Mexico are an existential threat.

The entire spectrum of Mexico's impoverished classes are coming here. Some come to work, some come to gang bang, some come to escape Mexican justice, some come to commit crimes against Americans, some come to have babies on American soil, and some come here to retire. There is no single reason any more that accounts for the mass movement of Mexican citizens to the US illegally.

I have lived primarily in the LA area and the Bay area. I even once came across a pot growers campsite in redwood national park. I also played soccer for about 15 years.

Where did you live in the Bay Area? People in the Bay Area generally self-segregate when it comes to neighborhoods and cities.

Illegal immigration is up close and in my face 24/7/365. That impacts my views. If your experience with illegal immigration is less intense than mine, I am inclined to challenge your views as not being based on actual experience.
