A federal judge, appointed by George W. Bush no less, has done the unthinkable, he’s gone against the party hard line.

Voter suppression to tip the advantage heavily towards the Republican Party has become the norm in red states. But in Ohio, with former GOP presidential hopeful, Gov. John Kasich signing the bill into law to disenfranchise Democratic voters, Republican, Judge Michael H. Watson has ruled that law unconstitutional.

“Watson ruled that Ohio’s recent voting restrictions imposed a disproportionate ‘burden on African Americans’ right to vote,’ and violate both the U.S. Constitution and the 1965 Voting Rights Act.”

The right is going to find it difficult to overturn this decision, even if their suit reaches the top court. With the death of Justice Scalia (he was all in favor of robbing Democrats of their right to vote) the USSC is now 4 to 4, with four honest and honorable Justices sitting ready to oppose the four remaining corrupt Republican Justices.

If you agree with me that's fine. If you do not, I don't really care.

Are you really saying that you are of the opinion that black people are to dumb and lazy to have a photo ID, a basic component of everyday life?

Good.

Are you training for the mental gymnastics competition in Rio this summer?

Just wondering why some people think poor white people can get IDs and poor black people cant?

If the argument was that voter ID disenfranchises the poor there might be an argument to be made, but when you do it by race the argument has no merit and looks suspiciously racist

If you read the article, there was much more to the judges decision then simply voter ID.

To piggy back on that and take it further to another potential logic conclusion, combining this with another thread wherein Democratic voters are doing so from the grave, maybe those who are too dumb to get an ID were not able to get, because of the lack of this ID, proper nutritional supplement and died of starvation and then were able to somehow vote, ostensibly still without ID, from the grave?

And so, let me get this straight, Democrats would be saying these dumb Democrats that are unable to get ID and are starving to death but voting from the grave, they are saying these are black people?

The whole premise is ludicrous as well as being overtly racist, even if absolutely not true.

Yes apparently its unconstitutional to have a window of less than 35 days to vote.. absolutely ludicrous
