Conservative partisans know the following 2 things to be true:

1)Nothing gets the GOP base riled up like abortion.

2)And absolutely nothing puts seniors on the war path like the fear of death.

So the Family Research Council came up with a clever ad to mislead the conservative base and seniors.

Family Research Council says abortions will trump care for the elderly in public plan.

Thanks for posting these. I look forward to seeing you post more as they appear. I know there will be a plethora of examples.

Actually, this Republican get riled up by poor punctuation. There should be a space after the closed parenthesis following your numerals.

The actual text doesn't seem to have much of a point.

That is what all of you say when you don't agree with a post. Here is a good translation of your comment: 'facts don't matter.'

Could not have said it any better.

As I keep saying over and over; What does this say about one's argument when they are required to lie so blatantly?

Everyone makes mistakes, and people should be given a lot of leeway when they make an honest mistake. But these are not simple mistakes now are they? They are the most vile of dishonest propaganda, used to play on people's fear. Is that ALL the right can do to argue? Is this sadly just how far they have fallen into disarray?

I find it now as absolutely no surprise that Susan Eisenhower left the Republican party, and I have absolutely no doubt that if Ike was alive today he would gladly burn his party registration. Good god, even Richard Nixon or Gerald Ford could get elected as a Republican these days.
