I'm anti death penalty, and even though that kid is a scum bag murderer who deserves death if anyone does I won't compromise my principles for the sake of revenge.

Being, as I am, opposed to the death penalty yet from the Boston area, it is really hard for me not to cheer this decision.

I support the death penalty, yet I don't cheer the decision, but I accept it as justice.

I agree.

The time to stand by your principles is when it is most difficult.
