Being, as I am, opposed to the death penalty yet from the Boston area, it is really hard for me not to cheer this decision.

I'm anti death penalty, and even though that kid is a scum bag murderer who deserves death if anyone does I won't compromise my principles for the sake of revenge.

It gets harder when you know people who were right there when the bombs went off.
