Supreme Court replaces Constitution with Bible as Judicial Foundation

Then check the 14th Amendment which requires states to abide by constitutional protections provided for BORN persons only. That would be pregnant women not ZEFs. Abortion IS a Constitutional right by implication.
No, this is a faulty argument.

There has never been a recognized right to not be pregnant. Whether or not you want to count unborn babies as equal to born people for the purposes of the 14th amendment really has no relevance.

Right to privacy.

It's none of the federal, state, or local government's business.

You keep trying to make it something it's not. I suppose because that makes it easier to handle than what it actually is.

Doesn’t exist

That’s for the state legislature to decide

It’s very easy to handle, there is no constitutional right to abortion in any way, there is no enumerated “right to privacy” and even if such a right existed it’s up to the legislature to determine the limits of that right

It did for the last 200 years, until this ironically conservative court overturned it.

It isn't the state governments business any more than it is the federal or local governments business.

Yes but for the last 100+ years there was a recognized right to privacy.

Roe was based on it. It got the government off the backs of the people. It said the government (at any level) has no business interfering in people's personal medical decisions.

You're arguing with a brick.
