Should the SCOTUS overturn Heller or McDonald or both with this case, by stating as Justice Breyer wrote in his McDonald dissent, that "In sum, the Framers did not write the Second Amendment in order to protect a private right of armed self defense. There has been, and is, no consensus that the right is, or was, 'fundamental.'" then there will be a large number of real life and vivid examples of the Fundamental Right to Self Defense that will probably be broadcast LIVE on CNN and local news, should law enforcement attempt to collect arms, ammunition, or magazines from those that legally bought and own them.
Yup, Justice Breyer and the anti-gun folks around the country will learn the hard way the Right to Self Defense is not just a Fundamental Right, but also a rather easily exercisable right. No that Breyer or others would be harmed at all, but those that they send out to enforce any potential rescission of the 2nd Amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms may unfortunately be at risk as will potentially millions of otherwise law abiding gun owners. Another way of describing what could occur? Armed insurrection - AKA, Civil War.
Some folks may laugh at the thought of that. I'm not laughing.
