I'm fine with people making their own choices. But don't come on here with a straight face and blame biden for trumpers choosing to not get vaccinated.
LOL hold the press! Back when covid vaccines were being funded and sought under the Trump administration, it was many prominent democrats and liberal media people (including Kamalla Harris) saying that if a vaccine was being suggested by Trump, they would not take it. So, you wanna talk business, let's talk business. Lot of people who have chosen not to get vaccinated, or are hesitant at being vaccinated for all kinds of reasons are not just Trump supporters. The fact that hesitancy is strong in the African-American communtiy is an example of people who are clearly not all Trump supporters who are suspect of big pharma too--- and for good reason.
Because if we head off the next variant, by getting almost everyone vaccinated, there may note be a next variant. We got lucky with Omicron. Next variant might be twice as deadly as the original strain.
A pandamic doesn't end when just a few of the better funded and more developed nations all get vaccinated. If they really wanted to head off variant mutations, then after the first doses in the US, Western Europe, and developed Asian nations had occured, then all subsequent vaccine infastruture should have targeted providing doses to Africa, India, and other under developed nations. Because that is where the next mutations will be coming from.
I'm not interested in batshit conspiracy theories.
Do your own research and look into the criminal and civil judgement history of pfizer, moderna, and other big pharma companies. It is information available to see.
no. I point my finger at laugh at partisan hacks, refusing to get the recommended vaccine, and then blaming biden. It's moronic.
I have no issue with "recomended" and Biden originally said he would never be behind Federal mandates. However, like many of his currrent policies, he flip flopped quickly to appease POLITICAL interests and pressure, for example from the powerful teachers unions.
yea. Science, data and facts can be pretty hypnotic lol.
I know that breaking through to some people with reason is difficult. But when did it become a problem to question authority? I thought that after the civil rights movment, and the anti Vietnam movement, that Americans had finally learned to take things with a grain of salt and question motivations and/or group think?
well, yea it kind of is. The science and data is quite clear.
On mRNA vaccines? No, it isn't. If it was quite clear then we wouldn't be calling for endless boosters.
never stated otherwise. I'm simply calling out the partisan hackery of refusing to take the vaccine, then blaming biden.
Why shouldn't anyone be free not to take the vaccine? The way I look at it is people like you REFUSING to accept the individual choices other people make for themselves. The only thing I a blaming BIden for, and what the SCOTUS agreed, was that he did not have the legal power to force vaccine mandates outside of very specific conditions as it applies to the Federal mandate.
In other words, states are free to make their own mandates, or not to make them unless congress gives the president more power in that regard.
