statistics can and are being manipulated and the people are seeing that, there is a reason Biden's popularity is falling and liberals are going to experience a stunning defeat in November. There is no proof that the numbers are accurate and in fact are revised daily as more and more Covid deaths are being reduced due to other circumstances. You give someone incentive to get paid for numbers and they will generate whatever numbers that benefit them. Irrational hysteria promoted by the left with an agenda. Who benefits from massive gov't and making people dependent?

Deception, deflection, denial. That's all you got.

Vaccination dramatically lowers the chances of catching Covid (thus lowering the probability of spreading it) and dramatically lowers the necessity of hospitalization. That's it. That's not "irrational hysteria", that's a measured system. You don't like it, so all you have is deflection and denial to try to deal with it.

The statue is crystal clear. The court perverted the law to rule against the mandate. They decided to come up with own definitions of what an emergency is.

Your entire statement is illogical; did you not even listen to the arguments which the court considered in this? Basically they correctly noted that the health risks in which workers face in the workplace with covid (other than in healthcare), are not more risk than they face when a passenger on an airplane, going to the store, going to movies, in a waiting room for a doctor's appointment, or going out to dinner. But the bottom line was about the administration not having the legal authority to impose mandates (other than in federally subsidized healthcare facilities). This ruling put the power in the hands of the states, and hopefully into the hands of private businesses, and then INDIVIDUALS to decide.

We could make mandates banning sugary beverages and snacks and "save thousands of lives" as well. Question should be is whether we want the government making those decisions for other people?

Vaccinations lower the risk of severe reaction to Covid but millions of Americans have the natural immunity to fight the virus. Vaccine mandates are attempts to control people and they are waking up to that reality. The only deception comes from the liberal narrative, the only deflection comes from ignoring the Biden results and deflecting to Trump, the only denial comes from liberals who continue the narrative that are refuted by the results

It's a national problem, though. But there could have been work with Governors to help place mandates. Unfortunately enough States would fight against it to remove effectiveness from the system.

In the end, we're all going to be paying for this.

How's that working out for Biden and the liberal narrative? the vaccine has been out now for over a year and people have the opportunity to explore the benefits and side effects. Many are choosing not to get the vaccine why do you care? You really don't seem to care about anything other than promoting the liberal agenda so if you believe the vaccines work why do you care if someone else doesn't get it? you want to claim that Hospitals are overwhelmed as they have both the vaccinated and unvacinated, prove it

Enough people are resisting vaccinations to negativity affect our ability to control this outbreak.

If a mandate is so important then you should be pushing for your state to enact one.

You believe that the action of these 9 individuals is going to cost all of us. I believe without the action of these 9 individuals it would have cost us much more down the road. The government is just like kids. Give it more freedom to take stuff and it will keep going until someone says no.

Those people should be free to make those decisions for themselves. Individual decisions on risk vs reward. Why do people like you insist that these personal medical decisions must be non consensual?

I am vaccinated and boosted; the decision was based on my risk vs reward scenario. But to compel for example a parent to have their young child vaccinated with something which is of little reward to the child, and with risks still unknown is down right evil. Why would you want that? What happened to their bodies their choice?

YOUR body is not more important to them than theirs is to them. You need to honor that.

Exactly.
We have freedom in this country.
You keep professing that the mandate is the answer. Then, do it within the confines of the law.
It can either be enacted at the state level or congress pass a law allowing it to happen.

Either side of this argument has the opportunity to elect representatives that support their position and cause it to happen. It is NOT up to the President to enact a federal mandate without approval from Congress. That is exactly what the SC ruled on.
