sup bro's gym trip report

today was sup bro's chest and triceps day, which is sup bro's favorite day of the week. so sup bro woke up at noon in a good mood despite being hungover from a long night at the bars. sup bro made himself a good meal of 4 scrambled eggs, 2 sirloin steaks, 2 glasses of OJ, a bananna, and big protein shake. sup bro loves to hit the protein hard before his big workouts.

After eating sup bro got in the sup mobile at headed to the gym around 1. as sup bro walked into the gym about 5 people said "sup bro" and sup bro said "sup bro" back to keep his fans happy. as sup bro was warming up a girl that sup bro used to bang in 1995 came up to sup bro and said hi. the girl had gained some weight since 1995 so sup bro didn't really want to talk her. so sup bro gave her a friendly smack on the ass to make her feel better about herself and sup bro knows that she liked it.

after he was done talking to his fans, sup bro was finally able to get to his workout. sometimes sup bro gets tired of all the attention that comes with being all county in 1995, but sup bro realizes that it is a small price to pay for being a living legend.

sup bro started out with some flat benches. he warmed up with some quick sets of 135, 225 and 275. sup bro decided to start out his real sets with 325 and pumped out 12 solid reps. sup bro then threw on two more quarters and did a set of 375 for 8 reps. feeling good, sup bro moved up to 405 and got 5 reps. by this point the whole gym was watching sup bro as usual and sup bro decided to show why he has pecs like no other bro. sup bro made it 435 and with the whole gym watching he pumped out 2 solid reps. a couple of skinny high school kids came up to sup bro to ask for advice and sup bro told them keep working hard becasue sup bro likes to be a good role model.

sup bro then moved on to do some incline benches and cable crossovers. sup bro decided to do a lot of reps so that his chest would blow up like no other. after finishing his chest workout sup bro pounded his triceps. sup bro loves looking in the mirror when doing his triceps workouts because sup bro has tri's like no other bro. by the end of the workout sup bro was pretty pumped up and looking good as usual.

sup bro on steroids: when you are all county in 1995 and are as big as sup bro people are gonna get jealous and accuse sup bro of juicing, but it ain't true bro. sup bro is all natural and his key to success is hard work and his grandma's steak and potatoes bro. that's all there is to it bro.

anyway, it was a solid workout and now sup bro is ready to hit the clubs tonight bro. sup bro can own a dance floor just like he owned offensive lineman in 1995 bro.

I don't mean to be rude, but are you for real? Do you genuinely think that your workout constitutes "Today's News"?
