Trump ran an campaign based on this being true. He used racial fear continuously, so he obviously believes his base is largely composed of cowardly racists.....ie men with fragile masculinity.

yeah I have a problem with it. it uses internet searches without ANY scientific process to corellate those internet searches, mostly for medical conditions, with "fragile masculinity" for gods sake.

its no more than an opinion piece by "researchers" who want to espouse a certain political viewpoint.. something TOO many leftists in academia are willing to do, and thus put out these junk articles.

IF they want to properly correlate the searches with "fragile masculinity" then they need to do hundreds or thousands of interviews with control groups and Trump supporters who made these searches... and even then it's a matter of truly defining what makes up a mental condition called "fragile masculinity" (read as : BS)


there's a much easier way to recognize why half the population voted for Trump: because republicans aren't getting it done, they didn't like that asshole Clinton, they wanted to disrupt what is seen as business as usual in american politics and get this... half the population thinks the liberal viewpoint on a lot of issues is WRONG.
