Ive just been on the stormfront website how is it thes morons have more members than DP. What the **** is going on in america to let this **** happen.Why are people believing this bullshit?

It's a trend.
In the 80s, we had nazi skinheads. I knew a lot of them.
In the nineties, there were very few, and they were neither as visible or as socially-sanctioned.
Now, there has been a racist revival, or a revival of public, blatant, open racism, mostly disguised as nationalism this time around.
Socially sanctioned xenophobia has come back out in the open because of the current political climate; it is considered de rigeur these days for the mainstream white populace to distrust brown people, at least certain types of brown people: both Islamics of Middle Eastern descent and Central American immigrants, both legal and illegal.
It's no more right than it was in the 80s, and it makes people look and sound just as dimwitted as it did back then.
But what's to be done?
The pendulum of public consciousness will eventually swing Left again; I wish there was some way to hasten social change, but overzealous efforts to do so seem to be counterproductive; perhaps it's better just to let people return to their senses in their own good time.

Remember that stormfront has been around since 1995...DP since 2004. stormfront (notice, I refuse to place their name in capitals :mrgreen:) caters to a very specific audience with a specific agenda and one that is fairly rabid; DP is far more diverse.

Most posts on stormfront are by white trash morons who have nothing better to do than moan about how the so-called "master race" is being "repressed" by evil Commies and Jews . . . that, and thinking up mottos . . . what is it with nazis and mottos???
 
stormfornt is older and is like THE racism site. All of the racists are on it. Not everybody who wants to debate polotics joins DP.
