A children's T-shirt has aroused the ire of a local shopper.
The T-shirt depicts two panels of stick figures, with a male figure pushing a female figure out of a box. Captioned "Problem Solved," the shirt has appalled people engaged in deterring domestic violence.

When the shopper complained, the store removed the shirts, but then put them back out hours later declaring that the shirts were meant to be funny.
Personally, I don't find the shirts funny at all. However, are we as a people losing our sense of humor when every joke is disected to see if it can/does/will offend someone?
