State of the Gun Crisis Union

you are proving you both hate gun ownership and you really don't understand much about the subject

Your response is displayed above. The trouble is that it is simply a deflection of what I said ---

You're thinking too small. Cyberweapons will be the weapons that halt the needless death and destruction of guns. Registration can occur, even if it means coding and tracking ammunition. First there has to be a will.

No, what is stupid, is continuing the same, ridiculous pattern that makes citizens of the United States among the most likely to die of a gunshot.

You mean:

Not arresting known felons:

In 2010, 72,000 applicants were denied permission to purchase a firearm via the NICS and state systems. 34,000 of these were denied for previous felony convictions. Only 10 (10!) were convicted. We still have tens of thousands of people who committed a felony by lying on the Form 4473 and have a violent past free to find guns through illegal means. Given that a violent felon is looking for a gun, how many violent crimes could be prevented by arresting and incarcerating these felons? https://www.ncjrs.gov/pdffiles1/bjs/grants/239272.pdf

Plea bargaining away charges for violent felons:

Stop plea bargaining away gun crimes. Thousands of felony gun cases are being dismissed in Cook County criminal courts | Chicago Reporter

Not punishing straw purchasers:

Police oppose probation sentence given to buyer of gun used to kill Kerrie Orozco | Crime & Courts | omaha.com

Why should we believe that any new law would be enforced any better against criminals?

that makes no sense at all. until humans can evolve to the point that they are immune to bullets, firearms will be useful. And the will we have is to oppose the idiotic statist wet dream of wanting to track ammunition and register firearms

we both know that gun banners really don't give a damn about actually punishing felons. Their goal is harassing people who don't buy into their creeping collectivist crud

They can't even be arrested for not registering a gun.

Pay attention--we are talking about a hypothetical new gun control measure which I believe will work. :doh

It won't overturn US v Haynes.
