Yikes. This gets more interesting by the day. Apparently he expressed concern that what the Bush administration had done was "legally questionable" and had possibly tainted the FISA court proceedings.

What's interesting about this article is they quote another judge who is part of the NISA program--George P. Kazen. I worked for him in 1994, and I am going to Texas for Christmas and will see him. It's fascinating to me that he is part of the NISA program.
