Minnesota Viking's Adrian Peterson was suspended by the NFL in 2014 for child abuse. Apparently the NFL thinks that child abuse is a bad thing.

The NFL suspended Ray Rice in 2014 regarding domestic abuse charges. Apparently the NFL thinks that domestic abuse is a bad thing.

There is a reason police are on edge when they encounter most of these people they end up shooting.

What is that reason? Who are "these people" and how do the police recognize such on encounter?

They're not honouring him, they're protesting the cops shooting him. Everyone knows this, including you. You're just making crap up, twisting events into something you can fell outraged about because you just looove how outrage feels and you just looove to share it with others like you.
How many Americans need to protest police brutality before you lot admit there's a police brutality problem?
If there's no problem, why do you think those millionaire athletes are putting their careers in jeopardy? Are they just really stupid because they're black?

More than one reason. Several reasons. Try to guess which reason is the one being protested.

These sports used to suspend people for their domestic abuse and child abuse. Now, they call these people heroes and honor them by walking out of games.

At some point in the encounter the police get the name of the individual and quickly find out about their criminal record. How somebody is dressed can be an indication of the type of person they are. Black people tend to act more aggressively and are more angry when it comes to police interactions. Witnesses often inform the arriving police about how someone is acting.

Not one person has defended those acts, so stop lying.

That said, none of the crimes he committed would carry the penalty of death, so theres that.

They walked out of games to protest the shooting. Stop being deliberately obtuse.

They walked out of games in support of a domestic abuser who was also arrested for sexual assault.

After you finish laughing, do you ever wonder if police brutality is a problem?

No. Police brutality IS most definitely a microscopic problem that has been getting better over the years (even under Trump) while the media hype up the untruth, implying that it is getting worse when they know darn well it has been getting better. There is no systemic racism. We also know that 99% of the so called victims are indeed criminals and that pretty much all of them have abused the police, resisted arrest, running away, and often try grabbing police guns and tasers.

If they are so afraid the police are going to kill them do they honestly believe getting in law enforcement's faces, grabbing for their guns and tasers, resisting arrest, or running away is the best option available to them? Talk about stupid.

I was recently pulled over by a black cop for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign and given a ticket. This guy was coming on to me like Adolf Hilter. Part of me wanted to give him **** but, you know what I did? I said, yes sir, thank you sir. I didn't give him ****. I didn't resist. I didn't try grabbing for his gun or taser, and I didn't try running away. As somebody once said, "Stupid is as stupid does".

Doesn't change the fact that sports players and the owners are supporting someone who is a domestic abuser who was arrested for sexual assault.

No matter how many times you repeat that nonsense, it doesn't make it true. Enjoy your fauxrage, I guess.

LOL. So you're saying that sports players and their owners aren't showing their support for an arrested person with domestic violence and sexual assault charges? Why do you deny facts?

Nice try.

Nobody is inherently supporting HIM. The fact that he didnt NEED to be shot is what is being protested, not his personal choices being supported.

You desire to bootlick for authoritarians is preventing you from understanding the difference.

You're the one denying facts to make a partisan point against professional athletes.

"These People" are the anti social, criminal element. You know the ones that argue, fight and attack the police for doing their job. That is how the cops recognize "These People"

LOL. They walked out of playoffs game in support of him. They didn't walk off the court in support of Santa Clause. Face it, the players and the owners support domestic abuse and sexual assault.
