~ In a very short time the US will have a "split " Congress no longer controlled by one party.
Many political science enthusiasts feel a split Congress is an assurance of balance in government - one of the ingenious ideas of the Founders created to give the people more control over their elected officials.
Being an unusual time in American politics with an active investigation of a sitting president , potential corruption in the FBI & Department 0f Justice exposed to the public, and seemingly endless divisiveness between the Parties stalls any meaningful progress , will a split Congress help or hurt the Nation?* Will it make any difference at all ?
