I'm not sure an omnipotent creator of an entire universe cares what earthlings call him. God is good. Jehovah? Fine. Yahweh? Okay. Seriously, the trivial stuff Christians focus on instead of the Gospels astounds almost daily.
 
Always reminded me of a blues singer who got the feeling.
 
Believe it or not, I once attended a religious meeting with one of those preachers who "heals" and "speaks in tongues" though alas, this was many years ago, and have forgotten who it was.

I kept looking around the audience at people lifting their arms, swaying back in forth, calling out things like hallelujah and wondering why I wasn't infected. Must have been that Satan had control of my emotions.

This is what mass-hypnosis and mass-madness looks like folks. It's real. I wouldn't have believed it myself if I hadn't experienced it first hand.

It actually scares the bejesus out of me to think that a segment of any population can be this easily twisted. But as Jim Jones (Jonestown Guyana), David Koresh (Branch Davidians), Stewart Traill (The Church of Bible Understanding), Charles Manson, Shoko Asahara (Aum Shinrikyo) and someone else who for now shall remain nameless but we are all familiar with, has proven IT IS something that happens.
