South Dakota set new highs in the daily number of people infected with COVID-19 on Wednesday, as well as reported new infections.

The South Dakota Department of Health reported 1,270 new infections, as well as 412 hospitalizations, an increase of 17 in the previous 24 hours. Nine additional people died, bringing the statewide total to 384.

The number of active infections increased by 754, totaling 11,933.

State epidemiologist Josh Clayton said Wednesday that there are 28 people in South Dakota who have possibly been reinfected with the disease 90 days after their first infection, raising questions about how long antibodies can fight future infections.

These possible reinfections mayt confirm the short half-life of the anti-viral antibodies. first noticed in convalescent plasma. That could be bad new for the vaccines in development. The vaccines are antigens (parts of the virus) that are intended to raise antibodies. But if these antibodies have a short half-life, revaccination may become an imperative every few months.

And during the past two weeks GOP South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has made 8 out of state trips to stump for Donald Trump.

Unbelievable lol.

Puppets gotta do what Puppets do, we have a few down here in Texas also. Thinks some serious fixein needs to take place around the Nation. The worst idiot is running Florida, it is like is trying to kill off the population of the State.

They're still getting their dumb asses killed in order to stick it to Fox's false image of "the left".

"Idiocracy" does not even begin to cover this.
