jet is on record opposing CC or shall issue. He lives in a sate where his democrat masters don't trust him to carry a firearm. So he doesn't want anyone else to be able to do so either. He has claimed that CCW permits cause all sorts of trouble. in reality, millions upon millions of free Americans can carry CW-which is a huge change from 30 years ago, and guess what, all the chicken littles who claimed that this would "cause blood to run in the streets" were just plain wrong

That gangsters are getting smart and using the law to their advantage. So because of IT gangsters can carry.

which begs the question-if they don't have any legal disqualifying characteristics-your solution is to deny everyone a CCW license or Constitutional carry

You said they could carry anyway, because they could get permits.

What exactly does this law change with regard to gangsters?

A quick note on those disqualifying characteristics: This is SD we're talking about, not exactly the information technology capital of the world. Their standard permit doesn't check Federal data, it only checks a very fragmented database covering SD, ND, and WY, and that's it. You could be a felon convicted in Florida and SD would issue you a carry permit, which BTW would be honored in Florida. You could be turned down for SD's enhanced Blue Card or Gold Card permits and still be issued the standard permit.

The permit system is busted, if it ever worked in the first place.
