This story is still developing. Reporters have been locked in the cafeteria and told not to leave, and everyone else has been told to stay away from windows. Could be a sniper, but nobody knows for sure yet.

I get breaking news e-mails from msnbc. I was shocked when one came through regarding this. I wonder what happened. The gunfire came from the garage.

In the garage huh, probably just a car backfiring, that would be my guess.

Cheney's got a gun...
Cheney's got a gun...
The whole world's come undone.
Everybody's on the run......:rofl

Jeez, talk about panic.

Since what was reported as gunshots, there were reports of an armed man inside the Congressional office building, and another report that gunpowder had been found, indicating a possible attempt to blow up the building.

The culprit has been found. It seems to be an airhammer. LMAO.
