Surprise, surprise, does anyone expect the Russians can be trusted to ACTUALLY keep their word?

One can hardly expect the Russians to actually co-operate when the evidence so far seems to point directly to Russia and Russian involvement, official or otherwise.
We are being led to believe that a conspiracy was being fomented such that the FSB had absolutely no clue as to what was happening under their very noses, that really is hard if not impossible to believe.

No surprise really. One sovereignty issues, the other, the old secretive KGB is in power.

An interesting report, if you have the time to read it.
It becomes even more interesting when you get to the last page and realise how many westerners have been killed / assassinated because they either work in Russia or work for Russian businesses.
