I hear entry into that museum is free. That is certainly nice, but considering Britain's tremendous burden of socialized health care, how can that even be?

So I've noticed that on my adjacent fairly busy street there are car horn toots about 3:15 pm every day. It's not rush hour so I didn't understand why.

My neighbour explained why and today I saw it with my own eyes.

A boy who's about 10 or 12, walking home from school, waves at the cars coming in the opposite direction. He waves at every single car.

They wave back and sometimes honk.

I have no idea why he does it but it's seriously cool.
