Somebody did some math on JD Vance's 7th vacation since becoming VP (which is paid for by taxpayers including MAGA). Where's DOGE/spending cuts????

Is DOGE and are you MAGAs okay (as you struggle to pay your own bills) for JD to just flaunt how much of your money that he's spending by all these vacations WHILE PREACHING FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY? Aren't you guys supposed to be CRACKING down on waste????????????

PS: How many vacations have you MAGA fiscal hawks been on since January?



 
Vance spent most his time in Iraq on vacation as well. Charmed life for VP eyeliner.
 
I can tell you what I haven’t done - gone on 7 vacations in the first 6 or 7 months of a new job.
 
I wonder if he does less harm when he's on vacation. I doubt it.
 
I mean, it's not like the VP actually does anything. But yes, his vacations cost us a lot, Trump's golf outings cost us a lot, and MAGA doesn't care about bloat or spending there.

DOGE is now silently in the background. They learned the lesson under Musk not to announce what DOGE is doing and the administration will do all it can to hide what DOGE is doing from the People. But it's still out there, still ****ing things up, they just ain't gonna tell us about it any longer.

Vance comes across as an entitled elitist who things he can spend the peoples money to elevate his lifestyle. His ego is going to mess him up.

Vermont...weekend ski trip with his family
India...State business meeting with the Prime Minister to discuss trade deals
Ohio ...kayaking trip to his home state for the weekend for his birthday
England...part of the Scottish trip. Met with some dignitaries, but probably part of vacation time
Scotland..definitely a vacation...I think 10 days between England and Scotland
Disneyland in California with the kids
Greenland ...meeting with members of U.S. military, etc.
Italy...meeting with past and present pontiff. Wholly (heh) appropriate

My goodness you people are tetchy about the second family.

How dare he leave D.C. for the next 4 years.
 

I have a feeling that TACO wants him out of the way, in the shadows, not making any waves or accomplishing anything. (Like most VPs)

Say what you will about a 3rd term for TACO...that's what he has planned IMO. He doesnt want Vance nipping at his heels or the GOP to start making plans for his candidacy.

Now realistically, I dont believe TACO will be physically or mentally fit for a takeover in 3 more years (I dont think he's fit for office now) but that doesnt mean he's not acting as if he will.

So TACO is probably happy to have him off on vacations and he certainly doesnt give a damn about how much tax $$ it costs.
