The catalyst of this problem isn't the accessibility, the cost or the marketing techniques of fast food. It's peoples unwillingness to exercise or to have a healthier life style that can include the once a week double cheese burger or pizza or chinese take out or hawaiian barbeeque or beef bean and cheese burritos or-- wow, I think I'm getting a stiffy. Anyways, the state can't control cheeseburgers any more than it can control drugs, guns, CO2 or information.
