Let it be known that social distancing prevents the overload of hospital cases by delaying the cases of coronavirus that require the services of a hospital but
social distancing, by no means, prevents one from getting coronavirus. Social distancing is an epidemiologist construct which uses statistics to delay the time one gets coronavirus.
To delay it, hopefully, to the time when a suitable vaccine is available.
I've read accusations the orthodox Jewish community has been spreading coronavirus in the New York City area because they refuse to practice social distancing.
It has been reported that a high percentage of Orthodox Jews have died from coronavirus. Is it because they allegedly don't practice social distancing like they should or is it because of some other reason like their age or physical condition, for examples?
In other words, which percentage of Orthodox Jews allegedly don't practice social distancing and which percentage die? If those two percentages don't match, obviously, their alleged lack of social distancing is not the reason for their deaths.
On a side note, I've read where people are threatening the orthodox Jewish community in the New York City area because they allegedly don't practice social distancing.

The threaten and the refusal are violations of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
