So this is the exact same crime they accused Hillary of right?

I'm a bit foggy, but from what I recall the crime we now know Donald Trump 100% committed was in fact the exact same crime Republicans claimed Hillary Clinton needed to go to prison for isn't it?
But instead of her maybe accidentally having some classified material sent to the wrong email address, Trump intentionally brought ten boxes full of hard copies of classified material to his house, and then refused to return it after being asked nicely several times?

In fact they created a law specifically for the purpose of preventing a second time, signed into law by Trump and the law they are now working under

I love it!

Yeah and, what's your point? Do you think trump's supporters care? Hillary was evil, trump is a god.

Not even close! Donald Trump did not destroy anything that he was told was included in the court order.

Hillary destroyed her e-mails after they were under court order.

No,and not even close.

No.

1. We know that Hillary committed this crime.
2. We don't know that Trump committed this crime, and, an attempt to prove so would pretty much depend on a confession.

3. Yes, they are pretty much the same crime.

That is not at all what Hillary Did.

Trump intentionally brought ten boxes full of hard copies of classified material to his house, and then refused to return it after being asked nicely several times?

That is pretty much what Hillary did. Hillary resisted turning over material for months, had her server wiped rather than obey direction to turn it over, and had an aid physically destroy her other devices in an attempt to destroy the data rather than turn it over.

And not a crime to be found by Hillary, your hyperbole and misrepresentations notwithstanding.

The crime definitely happened. Comey claimed "he couldn't prove criminal intent", and invented an entirely new legal standard - "extreme carelessness", in lieu of "gross negligence" - in order to explain why he wasn't paying charges....

.... And really, it became painfully evident, it was because they didn't want to charge her while she was running against Trump :(

Comey claimed "he couldn't prove criminal intent
He claimed he found no evidence of it.

But you say the crime happened.
This must be based on fetishism or delusion. Maybe both?

and invented an entirely new legal standard - "extreme carelessness", in lieu of "gross negligence" -
That's not inventing a new legal standard. Extreme carelessness is not gross negligence. That was his point. You just misunderstood.

He claimed he couldn't prove criminal intent.
No, he explicitly said he found no evidence of it.

Not, "not enough to prove it in court"

None. No evidence.

It is indeed a new legal standard, because that is what they switched to from "gross negligence", in order to avoid having to charge.

There's no way to know without checking the traps in the toilets.
Hillary destroyed her e-mails after they were under court order.
Let's slide past any revisionist history temptations you might have. Hillary destroyed her personal emails, which were all on the same server as her Secretary of State work emails - just like her predecessor Colin Powell's were. She structured her email as per his recommendations.

In her personal emails, Hillary and Huma Abedin shared recipes, pedicure tips, woman's talk, decorating ideas, videos of red pandas, and compared pictures of her husband Anthony Wiener's dick with Bill Clinton's. They laughed and laughed.

😂🤣😂🤣

She never shared any state secrets with the Kremlin.

No, he explicitly said he found no evidence of it.

Not, "not enough to prove it in court"

None. No evidence.

From Comey:

Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.

For example, seven e-mail chains concern matters that were classified at the Top Secret/Special Access Program level when they were sent and received. These chains involved Secretary Clinton both sending e-mails about those matters and receiving e-mails from others about the same matters. There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation. In addition to this highly sensitive information, we also found information that was properly classified as Secret by the U.S. Intelligence Community at the time it was discussed on e-mail (that is, excluding the later “up-classified” e-mails).

None of these e-mails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these e-mails were housed on unclassified personal servers not even supported by full-time security staff, like those found at Departments and Agencies of the U.S. Government—or even with a commercial service like Gmail.

So yeah. They absolutely found that the crime did happen. They simply claimed they couldn't prove intent, and invented a new standard of "extreme carelessness" so they could avoid saying "Gross Negligence", as the latter is also clearly laid out in statute.

So yeah. They absolutely found that the crime did happen.
No, they absolutely said they found no evidence of intent, and negligence not rising to the criminal level. That's what he went on television to say. That's what his official statement says. It's the cliff's notes on the entire investigation. A total dud.

*such decision further evidenced and respected by the same thing basically being ignored regarding the Trump family, and their use of private devices. It wasn't investigated. And that isn't because "Trump said no." It's because there was no reason to repeat the fiasco.

Now, if we want to get irritated by the idea of them all using their personal devices and emails, I think that's fair. So let's make it illegal. Let's make it a felony, maybe?

Yeah, the law they're hitting Trump with did not exist when Hillary was being investigated. And Hillary was never charged/searched/etc. under Espionage Act violations. Only Julian Assange has ever really had that charge thrown seriously at him.

We don't know if Trump destroyed records, do you?

All we have is snapshots of what appears to be government documents clogging White House toilets and accounts of him teariing documents up. The problem I have always had with this is the photos and accounts are too vague and not enough specific details are provided to show exactly what he was destroying. IIn other words, a copy of a document can be construed as a document. We need more details on what he was flushing and tearing up. I mean, if his aides were half as smart as they claim to be, what with manuevering documents off of his desk so he didn't sign them, etc., then it wouldn't surprise me if these were all copies and they outmanuevered him again.

We don't know if Trump destroyed records, do you?
No one has charged him with destroying records. No one has claimed that he did so.

Hillary purposely destroyed the evidence after she was told that it was under a subpoena. And now she is joking about it.

Much like, "What does it matter now." After she refused to send help and our ambassador paid for her mistake with his life.

This doesn't excuse Trump if he has broken the law.

However, "Equal Justice under the law" does matter.

Americans should expect the same treatment even if the Elite Establishment hates one guy and loves the other woman.

Trump is a very small part of this.

The important thing is that our elite establishment Justice Department seems to have covered up for others who are part of the elite establishment and gone to extreme lengths to find dirt on those who want to drain the swamp.

Remember when we were told that "All of our law enforcement agencies agreed that Trump was guilty? Why would they even do this if the charged person actually was guilty?

And then the IRS investigated Any organization that had "Patriot" in their name.

The entire government seems to be determined to keep the guy who wants to drain the swamp from running again. (Funny that the swamp rats hate the guy who wants to drain the swamp.)

If the day comes that the blue-collar working people decide that they must pick up arms against an overly abusive government, we will all pay a high price for the terrible abuse of power that continues to be done by the elite establishment.

This abuse is now far worse than anything that any King of England ever did to our founders.

Shame on those who condone this abuse of power.

Sorry

From Jan 6, 2021 Trump made himself unqualified to run a second term.

Bwahahahahahahahah!!!!!!!
So without any evidence whatsoever you're 100% sure Hillary did this even after she testified under oath for 11 straight hours answering every question Republicans asked without them coming up with even one single solitary charge to file against her.
Yet, despite finding 10 boxes full of top secret material at Trump's house nothing short of a full confession by him and him alone will persuade you.

Dude, seriously. This kool-aid is going to kill you. This is what a cult is. You are in one. Donald Trump is your Charles Manson, and if you don't pull your head out of your ass you're going to wind up in prison right next to him.
3. Yes, they are pretty much the same crime.
Except, Trump and Republicans passed a law AFTER Hillary making this type of thing even more illegal than it was before that, and then Trump turned right around and violated his own law...LOL!!!!

That is pretty much what Hillary did. Hillary resisted turning over material for months, had her server wiped rather than obey direction to turn it over, and had an aid physically destroy her other devices in an attempt to destroy the data rather than turn it over.
So what you're saying is that even if there was classified data on her server it was destroyed so it would never fall into the hands of the wrong person?
Dude, even your lies about Hillary Clinton are better than the reality of what Trump did.
