The inspectors went into the country and were given a list of where they were by the Sadam Government. Since all of them went back to Reagan giving them to Sadam, they were unstable, so the inspectors had to just register them and wait to have them picked up by special service that were equipped to handle them. Then Bush lied us into the liars war and many of these registered weapons were still not picked up, so the soldiers that found them thought they had proof that they were being hid, which of course is total garbage.
