Snow in the Valley (1 Viewer)

Wow, how amazing. How about they send it up here to MN. we have NO SNOW! It's just starting to snow and all it is is a dusting, it will be gone by noon tomorrow. This isn't what winter is supposed to be.

Whatever is done about Global warming (and yes the planet is slowly warming up) will I fear, take some fifty years to begin to take effect.
Warming did not happen overnight, it may have been exacabated by man growing in numbers and starting the ages long trail of fossil fuel burning, the industrial age kicked the warming into a higher gear and the use of Fossil fuels to power our machines kicked it still higher.
Currently the US is the largest emitter of pollutants into the atmosphere, but very shortly we shall be overtaken first by China then by India and no doubt Russia will soon be a major industrial polluter.
Admittedly the US will very shortly reduce it's emissions but probably not because of any sense that this is the right thing to do (apart from sensible States like California), but more because the US is in the business of industrial reduction.
