White privilege is not based on skin color. Skin color is incidental. Privilege is the result of majority power. The labels that we place on groups that occupy power are incidental. It's not being white that drives white privilege, it's being the majority power.

The majority power has privilege as a result of being the majority power, not as a result of any racial or gender attributes. All races and genders are presumed equal.

Privilege is about social power dynamics. It's not biology.

In the mid 70's I worked with a couple of Vietnamese guys who came here after S. Vietnam fell. They'd invite me to their house(they rented a house with their wifes) for dinner. The food was unbelievably good. And these men did most of the cooking, to this day I still remember the spring rolls they made, from scratch. They were great. when I did them favors they paid me with food.
