You can read all the other comments made about this piece, but this one I have reprinted seems to be the only one to ask cogent and reasonable questions.

All of the questions quoted in the article are perfectly valid questions for an employer to ask his employees-- because they relate to perfectly innocent and standard employment practices.

If they want to make ugly accusations on the basis of this, they need to have far better evidence.
