In the election season, President Obama said that Trayvon Martin could have been his son, although Zimmerman is as much the same race to the President as Martin was. Do you think Obama should make a post-election and post-trial statement now?

I think he should turn the rose garden into the beer garden again. That'll make a good photo op for the library--Rev, Al, The Martins, and Zimmerman sitting around a table boozing it up over pigs in a blanket.
