There is nothing new about the Democratic Party pursuing killing and terrorizing black people. Many Democratic mayors of white majority cities they control are engaged in a nationwide campaign to drive black people out of their city basically by terroristic tactics - hoping to drive black people to the suburbs.

In addition to the overall joy of harming black people, they hope to save budget money and hope the black people they ran off will still vote Democratic, delivering the suburbs to the Democratic Party.

The tragedy is that Democrats fleeing Democratic controlled jurisdictions are like people spreading a pandemic disease as most will vote for exactly what they fled from.
