Entering the USA illegally is a criminal offense. Organizing and financing people to illegally enter the United States is the crime of conspiracy. The USA often issues warrants for the arrest of foreigners who undertook to commit crimes within the USA even if their actions to do so were in their own country. The most notable has been drug lords.

Are you suggesting making it a crime to help the poverty stricken, oppressed, peasants, pissants and peckerheads?

What makes you think any organization is working to get people into the US illegally?

This suggestion falls into the "let's toss Bre'er Rabbit into the briar patch" category. Depending on their motives, many non-professional smuggler folks who assist these people would luuuve to go to trial, argue about the administration's policies, call Stephen Miller and Sessions to testify, etc. Think of the Sanctuary movement trials in the 1980s. Those folks were convicted, had a significant platform to spread the word about horrible Reagan practices, got near-nothing sentences, and many of those they smuggled got asylum, with all Salvadorans eventually getting temporary protection.

Probably another Trumper-wing-nut George Soros conspiracy concoction.

Voted "yes" because it would be entertaining to see the US try to arrest the UN.

Assuming this caravan was organized and financed, it wasn't to illegally enter the united states.

Or at least, my understanding is that they were seeking asylum.

No way!

Taking legal action would be a waste of time and money.

No jury would ever convict those organizers. No jury member would want to be labeled "racist" by the other jury members.

As soon as the Democrats get rid of President Trump (in one way or another), any pretense to border control will cease. They want open borders. They are very sincere. They believe that we should live up to the words on the Statue of Liberty.

They cannot issue warrants if the carvavan was financed and organized foreignly

No that's is not what this is implying. If you want to come into the US get a visa and work for citizenship OR get asylum... I understand this is hard to do but no other country just lets anyone who is "poverty stricken" into theitr country. Most of these countries aren't poverty stricken. Students go to school for 10.5 years and the literacy is lower but that does not mean a country is Poverty stricken.

Conspiracy theories don't get much traction even in a Trumpian Justice Department.

I didn't vote but I will say that what they are doing is a dangerous job and when you do dangerous jobs, "accidents" can happen, including death.

This is a conspiracy theory jacked up by Trump right before the mid terms to capture low hanging fruit votes. There is no evidence what so ever that anyone from without or within the US paid for or organized any of the many caravans. Notice how quiet Trump went after the mid terms about the recent caravan. This was about ginning up his base to get out the vote.

This notion falls under the “go ahead, make my day” category... would love to be an attorney representing the accused in such a trial. See the Sanctuary Movement trials in the 1980s.

election is over and the troops are coming home

caravans are arriving and will be allowed to apply for asylum

trumpies are so dumb
