How can a president act againist the will of the people?
NIMBY said there should be no boots on the ground because the American people don't want them there.
I said sometimes the President has to do things even if the American people don't want it.

You think people vote on every decision the President makes?
You forget that people will not support the president if he does not respond to the people's concerns.
personally instead of screwing around I'd send a couple nukes, check to see if everything was decimated, and move on with our lives.
That is exactly what this President is concerned with, his poll numbers over what is best for the country.

The only thing I can figure is Obama tells us then looks at the polls to see if he should do it or not.

Every year since 2001 we have been sent videos of threats from AQ. This year we are now being Threatened by ISIS. That they will strike at us some way. Threatened to kidnap our people. Threatened to behead our people. Giving us ulitmatums and trying to strike fear into us.
Instead of the US upping security and BO giving a Speech on what we will do.
Should the US attack AQ and ISIS on the Anniversary of 911. Go after them wherever we know they are.
