It seems the election will probably be given to Harris as North Carolina has dissolved the elections board without certifying anyone, but that could lead to a Harris "win". The problem is that with the Dems controlling the House, they can legally refuse to seat him. It has happened before, so it would not be anything new, but with the country so divided, how will people react is unknown. There is no real way of knowing how many votes were lost or even changed, even though Harris's followers say he got the most legitimate votes. So should the House seat Harris, or should there be a new election?

Rampant voter fraud by Republicans in that state for years, documented, even sent to the AG. Strangely, they sat on it so it continued to occur.
Now it finally got national attention, it's much less likely they will get away with it. They need to indict the criminals, possibly including Harris, and hold another election ASAP.

We've got a similar situation in Texas with Paxton indicted, but he's got so many corrupt assholes working with him that they have kicked this can since 2015, still hasn't gone to trial...
Latest was some move where they lowered the amount they would pay the prosecutors to basically defund them...they petitioned for their $200K and the judge denied it. All Republican judges, it's hilarious. They lost a civil suit against him twice too.

If the REPUBLICAN elections board of the state won't certify one of their own parry, why should the Dems?

Oh, I'm sure they have a perfectly reasonable explanation, such as that Obama ordered liberal minions to pretend to be conservative ballot-harvesters and the like...
