It seems the election will probably be given to Harris as North Carolina has dissolved the elections board without certifying anyone, but that could lead to a Harris "win". The problem is that with the Dems controlling the House, they can legally refuse to seat him. It has happened before, so it would not be anything new, but with the country so divided, how will people react is unknown. There is no real way of knowing how many votes were lost or even changed, even though Harris's followers say he got the most legitimate votes. So should the House seat Harris, or should there be a new election?
