I didn't absolve anythingIt's not nonsense to highlight the utter hypocrisy you and others are demonstrating by absolving Obama from taking the blame for being the ones who emptied the stockpiles in the 1st place and left it empty for 6 years and only focusing on Trump who didn't fix the 6 year Obama-created problem in 3.
You're not dealing in reality. I don't want to call you a liar but you're really not telling the truth.
The SNS had supplies that were distributed in early 2020. A lot of the material was spoiled, rotted or had expired. I don't know how you can honestly say he "left it empty". It wasn't empty. The supplies were garbage.
As for "fixing" the problem... The "fix" was to have money allocated and have a purchase order cut to replace the spoiled, rotted, or expired goods. Anyone with a few months training could do that. The only thing that a manager would have to know is that they needed to do that. The Trump team wasn't interested in doing it. This is the price of political appointments. Putting your lackeys into positions of power when they have no skills at the job results in catastrophes like we saw. It was much like Bush II appointing Michael Brown to FEMA. Incompetence kills.
Now as I've stated before, Obama's people were probably--PROBABLY--not that much better. Often things like PPE has very long shelf lives if you keep it in climate controlled storage. Its incredibly likely that some (if not most) of this stuff was spoiled, rotted, or expired while Obama was in office. We don't know that. What we do know is that when Trump activated the SNS, the stuff was not up to standard. He had 3 years to check on it...get a PO cut (which takes about 11 seconds if your computer is slow) and place an order with Cardinal Healthcare. He didn't do it.
Blaming Obama who was out of office for over 1,000 days is flat out silly and dishonest. You should be ashamed for making that bullshit argument.
