But then, you're a Trumper and you dismiss these facts. The first time was a meeting with Sergei Lavrov and Ambassador Kisliyak where he revealed an Israeli human Intel Asset in Syria. This pissed off the Israelis to a degree that it’s an open secret they don’t fully share Intelligence like before. He met with Putin in Helsinki privately and then destroyed the translator’s notes afterward, that’s actually a crime for Presidents to destroy documents and records. Why he did it is open for speculation but when you commit a crime openly it’s often to obfuscate a bigger crime committed secretly.

Last October 2019, a key intelligence asset had to be pulled out of the Kremlin because Trump’s own people weren’t sure if he would blow the guy’s cover. The Trump White House has issued security clearances to people who didn't pass several of their background checks. They could be national security threats due to conflicts of interest from foreign influences and that's why their security clearances couldn't pass.

My impression would be Obama actually read them while in office and likely after. Probably still does. We already know Trump's own people (or they were at the time) has admitted he has very little interest in reading documents so they had to simply put bullet points so he'd be more inclined to take a glance. They can barely get him to take interest in covid briefings unless he can crow about some "rounding the curve" bs so sure, make them available and let him request them when interested.
