There's reason why Libertarians are often single young white men. They are at their physical height, entering their financial growth period, being the strongest and most fit in society, with no dependents or anyone else to care for. This is funny. Though there is no way to take away her citizenship, I see this as a political posture. He can however put her on the TSA No Fly list, making it more difficult for here to return. I wouldn't make too much of this as he says so many stupid things all the time, but I do have similar sentiments, that people like her should not be here in the capacity to influence and harm this nation.

You're arguing legality & technicality. However, Trump holds the physical levers of power with no physical power to constrain him.
If he orders ICE to not let Rosie back in the country, or to detain her, that's what will occur.
She can appeal to the courts, at great personal & financial expense, and let the case work its way through. And the Court may or may not rule for her. But even if it rules for her, Trump may ignore it. We've seen this over & over, in recent months.
We've got to deal with physical reality, and that reality is Trump controls ICE, which with the new funding becomes the third largest military in the world, and it is in physical control of our borders and our nation.
