Judge Jackson is sitting there answering all of the GOP's "gotcha" questions while smiling and seeming unperturbed , making those trying to get her with those gotcha questions seem to be stupid and out of line. This is the same thing that Hillary Clinton did when questioned by the GOP for 11 hours and who ended up looking stupid, not Clinton. In the end, she will be on the court and of course all of the GOPers will try and make money from their donators from their gotcha questions. Same old same old politics.
 
She's playing the game just fine. I can't name one judge who is who they presented in these useless hammering sessions.

They are pathetic. Everything they say is projection, particularly yesterday. Dark money, that' refers to the Federalist society giving Trump his picks, let along all the dark money and foreign influence that got Trump elected. They talk about pedophiles, again, projection while they have rapists and other creepers in their party. They whine about unfair treatment, but repbucliasn put up hacks like Taliban Queen and kavanaugh with questionable experience and past that shows they will not be unbiased and follow the law, it it is showing.

Just like yelling Hillary is a crook meanwhile Bush admin had lots of convictions, and trump even. Yet, nothing for Hillary. And then try to claim Biden is a crook after Trump and the never ending parade of indictments, convictions, lawsuits that is still ongoing. Hillary testified and answered everythign, Republicans and Trump people refused to or pleaded the 5th.

Everybody they hang out with is, so it’s not hard to understand. They think being shitty is how people are.

Yup, and that is evident their postings. Also, they have no empathy, and if they don't personally experience something its just not true. lack of empathy is probably the biggest common denominator in people being shitty people.

If a nominee can't stay calm & cool for the hearings, how can they be trusted to the bench?

Which is why I believe Kavanaugh disqualified himself. God, was he a hot mess!

I never believed the rape accusation against Kavanaugh and posted that here then and through the years.

What I objected to is his disposition and nasty partisanship.

This lady is cool as a cucumber.

"Seem to be" is your interpretation, Judge Jackson need not even be in the same room with the G.O.P. questioners for their questioning to be
"stupid and out of line".

When you think that the GOP pushed through ACB in eight days, even before Ginsberg was buried, might have had a lot to do with how she was treated.

“So to be clear,” he concludes, “there is no time that you called President Bush or Secretary Rumsfeld a war criminal?”
