There's currently a thread on user names in this forum so to go along with it I thought I would start a thread on avatars. Why did you choose yours and what does to mean to you?

I chose Punisher because it is bad a** and goes perfectly with my screen name. If you want to know what it means, check out that thread.

I also like the red Greek helmet symbol I have used before because it matches my screen name as well.

I don't have an avatar because I think they slow load speeds/waste bandwidth (okay, it is the same reason I have no tattoos. Nothing really grabs me that doesn't turn out to be some secret gay symbol like stars or Celtic Knots. Damned gays have too many symbols. You would think they were Masons or something with all the crap they have role claimed)

I change avatars frequently to suit my mood. My current one I like because I have almost the exact same glasses.

Next week? Who knows...

Mine is just Patrick Henry, because I admired his role during the Revolution, the Anti-Federalist fight against the establishment of the Constitution, and the effort to ensure inclusion of the Bill of Rights.
