It's a piece of gallium. You can melt it with a hair drier.

The video doesn't show it going back into shape.

I can do the same thing with a hairdryer, as previously stated.

Magnetism can shape the liquid, before re-solidification. The fields and their geometry can be manipulated.
The key to this is that there are magnetically responsive particles in the liquid gallium.
