Serve and Protect

Dekalb County Police: it's within policy for our officers to kick pregnant women in the stomach - Boing Boing

There's an example. That guy should be in prison, and not taking people to prison.

Edit: here's a good part that should have made this a no-brainer.

"Wheeler was accused of twisting a 53 year-old woman's arm in 2011. This January, he shot a family's chained dog after showing up at the wrong home on a call."

Shooting a chained dog almost makes less sense than kicking a pregnant woman in the stomach.

2nd Edit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R74SweaI5nI&feature=relmfu

That one is being handled the correct way, and hopefully that guy will get 20 years.

You know that story is a fake right?

That woman made all that **** up.

I'll take your word on that; so, I do now. What a peice of trash then trying to abuse the system to get money. People like that make all of the good occupy protesters look bad.

No doubt.

Yeah there are alot of stories out about her conflicting statements when dealing with this issue.

Unfortunately alot of people make allegations like this that turn out to be false, and unfortunately news media networks fail to give people the necessary updates that reverse the negative PR created by it.

Yeah, that's how they roll. I think it's unfortunate that we have to try so hard to find out when someone does something good, but anything bad that happens has to be front page.

Here's a fun one. The story is generally titled something similar to "SWAT Called for Unpaid Student Loans".

First, the video:

On further investigation, the warrant was issued to search for evidence related to "Financial Aid Fraud, Conspiracy, Theft of Government Funds, Making a False Statement to Government Agency and Wire Fraud." So while there certainly seems to be a level of confusion or elaboration on the part of Mr. Wright, the neighbors affirmed the presence of what they believed to be SWAT engaged in excessive force.

That's so silly.

Is this the next, "hide yo kids, hide yo wife, and hide your husbands...?" "Pay yo bills, take care of yo credit, if you don't beleive me this could be you one morning." The challenge is there, now someone with video editing skills jump on it and get your 2 months of youtube fame.
