I have a great movie idea... it will be a social commentary on the depravity of people who film and watch Hobo Fight videos.

To make the film I will gather up 20 or so homeless people and have then fight each other for bottles of whisky while I film it.

Don't judge it until you see it, haters!

People are upset across political lines. As usual, the right wing is attempting to use it as a wedge issue in their never ending culture war.

The depictions of young girls is reminiscent of the American reality shows about southern child beauty pageant contestants. At least the film's goal is to be critical of this, not glorify it.

Netflix created the poster, not the film's creator. They apologized.

The French do not sanitize things the way the US does. Sometimes reality is ugly and people need to see it.
