Mexico doesn't want illegals in their country.Thats ****en rich considering the fact Mexico practically encourages their citizens to sneak into the US.

Mexico doesn't want illegals in their country.Thats ****en rich considering the fact Mexico practically encourages their citizens to sneak into the US.

the Mexican government does not want any illegals from other counties in Mexico, as stated by the President to Mexico several years, ago, he states "that people who dont have permission to be in Mexico are deported"

Mexico also has laws, that protect its citizens and its nation, that state no non citizen, can own property within 7 miles of the border or coast, and they even if a person choose to become a Mexican citizen, native Mexican citizens at given first first choice on any job openings.

Well what do you expect? Mexico has a much weaker unskilled labor market than compared to the United States, although that seems to be changing somewhat, they don't want surplus labor nor the costs associated with it, people desperate for work fuel political unrest and crime.

It may seem hypocritical, but its perfectly in line with their self interest.

Mexico encourages their uneducated and unskilled losers to cross the border so their losers become our problem.

And US citizens are the largest group of illegals in Mexico. They at least walk their talk with a far less draconian immigration system than the US has.

MEXICO’S IMMIGRATION LAW:[1][3]
(a.k.a. General Law on Population)
Mexico’s Immigration Law
(General Law on Population)

• Mexico welcomes only foreigners who will be useful to Mexican society:
- Foreigners are admitted into Mexico “according to their possibilities of contributing to national progress.” (Article 32)
- Immigration officials must “ensure” that “immigrants will be useful elements for the country and that they have the necessary funds for their sustenance” and for their dependents. (Article 34)
- Foreigners may be barred from the country if their presence upsets “the equilibrium of the national demographics,” when foreigners are deemed detrimental to “economic or national interests,” when they do not behave like good citizens in their own country, when they have broken Mexican laws, and when “they are not found to be physically or mentally healthy.” (Article 37)
- The Secretary of Governance may “suspend or prohibit the admission of foreigners when he determines it to be in the national interest.” (Article 38)

• Mexican authorities must keep track of every single person in the country:
- Federal, local and municipal police must cooperate with federal immigration authorities upon request, i.e., to assist in the arrests of illegal immigrants. (Article 73)
- A National Population Registry keeps track of “every single individual who comprises the population of the country,” and verifies each individual’s identity. (Articles 85 and 86)
- A national Catalog of Foreigners tracks foreign tourists and immigrants (Article 87), and assigns each individual with a unique tracking number (Article 91).

• Foreigners with fake papers, or who enter the country under false pretenses, may be imprisoned:
- Foreigners with fake immigration papers may be fined or imprisoned. (Article 116)
- Foreigners who sign government documents “with a signature that is false or different from that which he normally uses” are subject to fine and imprisonment. (Article 116)

• Foreigners who fail to obey the rules will be fined, deported, and/or imprisoned as felons:
- Foreigners who fail to obey a deportation order are to be punished. (Article 117)
- Foreigners who are deported from Mexico and attempt to re-enter the country without authorization can be imprisoned for up to 10 years. (Article 118)
- Foreigners who violate the terms of their visa may be sentenced to up to six years in prison (Articles 119, 120 and 121). Foreigners who misrepresent the terms of their visa while in Mexico — such as working with out a permit — can also be imprisoned.

There's more like;
• Under Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony. The General Law on Population says,
• Mexicans who help illegal aliens enter the country are themselves considered criminals under the law:
• The Mexican constitution expressly forbids non-citizens to participate in the country’s political life.
• The Mexican constitution denies fundamental property rights to foreigners.
• The Mexican constitution denies equal employment rights to immigrants, even legal
ones, in the public sector.
• The Mexican constitution guarantees that immigrants will never be treated as real Mexican citizens, even if they are legally naturalized.
• An immigrant who becomes a naturalized Mexican citizen can be stripped of his Mexican citizenship if he lives again in the country of his origin for more than five years.
• Foreign-born, naturalized Mexican citizens may not become federal lawmakers (Article 55), cabinet secretaries (Article 91) or supreme court justices (Article 95).

• The president of Mexico must be a Mexican citizen by birth AND his parents must also be Mexican-born citizens (Article 82), thus giving secondary status to Mexican-born citizens born of immigrants.

• The Mexican constitution singles out “undesirable aliens.”
• The Mexican constitution provides the right of private individuals to make citizen’s arrests.
Article 16 states, “in cases of flagrante delicto, any person may arrest the offender and his accomplices, turning them over without delay to the nearest authorities.” The Mexican constitution grants Mexican citizens the right to arrest illegal aliens and hand them over to police for prosecution.
• The Mexican constitution states that foreigners may be expelled for any reason and without due process.

German immigration and residency regulations:
Excerpt:
The right to work is included in the residence title that allows you to live in the country. It states whether you are allowed access to the labour market and to what extent.

Most nationals must obtain a residence title before entering Germany and this is applied for at the consular authority in the home country. They will send the visa application to the local aliens authority locality in Germany where you intend to live, which will make a decision in consultation with the local labour office. Therefore you must know in advance where in Germany you are planning to live.

Typically you will need some or all of the following documents when applying for a residence permit:

Passport (with at least 3 months remaining before expiry)
2-3 current passport photos
Birth certificate
Security questionnaire
Proof of basic knowledge of German
Health insurance
Proof of financial means
Employment contract with relevant job details (e.g. occupation type, place of employment, salary, duration) (for employees)
Copy of certificate of German company registration (if applicable)
Copy of the company’s certificate of association
Letter of sponsorship

Strange that I read that if you are found to be illegal in Mexico, you just have to pay a few hundred bucks and they give your your papers

Where did you get that from ?

Technically, your right but it's more than a few thousand dollars. I'm sure you been south of the border and know how it works. If not all you have top do is come to Mexifornia formerly known as California and wittiness how many of the Hispanic municipalities work, just like Mexico. Does the former city manager of the city of Bell gets your Mexican jumping beans jumping ?

Most immigrants when they migrate to a new country bring their politics with them. Certain immigrants actually bring the problems that they are running away from with them.

Now Mexico's immigration policies aren't that much different than America's immigration policies before 1965.

The main purpose of any nation's immigration laws is to keep undesirables out including those who are criminals. Also to protect the nations culture, customs, language and demographics. As you notice with most other nation immigration policies, to protect the jobs and wages of it's citizens.

America's immigration policies use to be before the IRA of 1965 was what was best for America, not what's best for the immigrant or one particular political party. Right off hand, I can't think of one sovereign nation who has ever rewarded aliens who broke a nations immigration laws with amnesty.

In 1986 we, the American people were just not tol.d but promised that if we rewarded illegal aliens amnesty, that it would be the only time and would never be repeated. We were lied too.

We were also told that our borderer's would be secured. Another like.

We were told that our immigration laws would be enforced including interior enforcement. Lied too again.

Since 1986 Congress has snuck through six other amnesties with all of the same promises. All were lies.

I don't know about you, but I've been lied too seven times and NO MORE LIES.

It was in some article I posted here months ago. I don't feel like fishing around for it right now. IIRC, they just require Americans to pay in the hundreds of dollars range fee and they get to stay in Mexico when they are found there illegally. The amount was roughly around a month's pay for an average Mexican worker.

There are hundreds of thousands of good stories of Americans being shooked down by Mexican authorities.
It's one of the most corrupt countries in the world.

Unfortunately because we failed to enforce our immigration laws, a lot of that kind of corruption can now be found in America especially in California. It goes as far as the Capitol in Sacramento. When you hear a state assemblyman or senator mention that the Mexican drug cartels and Mexican Mafia have their own lobbyist on the floor of the Capitol, they aren't joking.

And US citizens are the largest group of illegals in Mexico.

I doubt that number is anywhere near the number of illegals in the US who are Mexicans.

They at least walk their talk with a far less draconian immigration system than the US has.

Last I checked Mexico has stronger anti-illegal immigration laws than the US and actually enforces them.

Might want to fish it up because that has never been the case.

Here's another article for you.

Mexico’s illegals laws tougher than Arizona’s

You don't know much about Mexico do you.

Do some research on how Mexico treats people crossing the border to the south.

It is not pretty.

It is a hard and long process.

I don't have to research anything. I have been living inMexico for 14 years.

I know how Mexico treats its citizens.

If you have a Visa you can stay, if not I suggest you leave.

Worse...it would mean US dollars would no longer be funneled so readily into the mejican economy.

From your article.

"According to Mexico’s immigration law, illegal entry into Mexico, violating terms of a visa or trying to get back into the country after being deported could result in a fine equivalent to 20 to 100 days of minimum wage in Mexico — or between $83.60 and $441.00. (As of January 2010, there were three different minimum wages, the equivalent of $4.41, $4.29 or $4.18 a day depending on place of residence.)"

It is against the law to enter Mexico illegally. You can be jailed.

Do you want to take the chance that they wil let you off with a small fine because they like your smile?

Hey it worked for me and I didn't even have to pay a fine ;) Of course I can be quite charming when facing jail time. I did have all my papers on me too, they were mad because I was driving a car that wasn't registered in my name.

So what part of Mexico are you staying in?

I am in Sinaloa. Where I am it is pretty quite but you have to know where to go and when you can't go there.
