The basis for the Roe decision being a state issue because it isn't specifically mentioned in the Cons. How about public schools? They aren't mentioned either.

This is poor politics & the start of bad times over this. All the rt-wing crazies now think that they have been empowered to destroy all means of abortion no matter what its cause.

Yeah, which is why there are no Federal public schools and why Maine can get away with not having any public high schools in half of its districts.

The federal government has very little direct influence over public schools.

Some funding, but curriculum, etc are decided at a state and local level.

Not really the best example to choose.

Some people really struggle with states vs. federal powers, etc.

There are many others.

First the talking point was cars, now schools wonder what MSNBC will think of next?

Then perhaps use one of those "many others" instead of public schooling.
Let's try 18-year olds buying AR-15s?

The 2nd applied only to 18th century state militias. How many of the 400M guns in the U.S. are owned by members of state militias?

There's nothing wrong with an 18 year old buying a gun, they're literally an adult, can join the military, etc.. etc....
